my experience was decent. I booked through ihg.com a few times and the points showed up like they were supposed to, without me having to chase anything down. My elite status was recognized at check-in too, and I even got late checkout once. It wasn’t perfect since support can be a little slow, but overall I was happy with it

The main thing I remember is how clean everything felt. Like, I noticed the bathroom first for some reason, and then the room itself, both were spotless. Nothing really stood out in a bad way, which is kind of exactly what you want from a hotel stay. No complaints from me

I only stayed for one night, but the front desk team was really nice the whole time. I had a handful of small questions and they were patient and helpful with all of them. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was perfectly fine for what I needed. Nothing was absolutely perfect, but that didn’t bother me much. Overall, a solid stay and I’d give it 4 stars.

I also sometimes feel a little pressured to book quickly when I see limited-time rates or low-room messages, but overall the site is easy to use and I usually feel like I’m getting decent value.
